Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Facilities Lead to oversee the Integrated Resort’s extensive facilities, including casino, hotel, MICE, F&B, and entertainment spaces. You will manage the MEP systems, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive improvements in maintenance, safety, and energy efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in large-scale facilities management, with strong leadership, project management, and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Facilities Management.
• Professional qualification/certification in related fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities section to maintain IR facilities including Casino, Hotel, MICE, F&B, Entertainment and related MEP systems.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance per codes, requirements and SOPs.
• Establish asset inventories and lifecycle replacement plans; manage service contractors and records.
• Coordinate with departments for operations, maintenance and project activities; drive continuous improvement and energy efficiency.
• Develop and enforce Emergency Response Procedures and safety standards for all staff and contractors.
