Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex projects within a premier integrated resort environment in Singapore. You will lead consultant teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with Owners, suppliers and internal departments to ensure flawless integration across design, development and construction phases.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale properties, strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Professional Qualification and Certification relating to the above fields will be an advantage.
• Candidates without the required qualifications but with adequate experience in similar position may apply.

Responsibilities

• Build consultant teams via RFP and tender processes and integrate with owners teams.
• Coordinate with Owner and local contacts and suppliers.
• Lead design team and ensure integration with owners consultant/design teams.
• Manage project brief through concept to construction phases.
• Attend project update meetings and prepare presentations.
• Monitor and report on project budget status and QS costing.
• Coordinate external consultants through all phases and oversee tendering.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and Owners regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, Security and other departments for seamless integration.
• Oversee construction activities and hand-over/pre-opening program.
• Provide updates to Project Sponsor and prepare monthly reports.
