Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an experienced Facilities/Estate Manager to oversee management of PA properties. You will ensure safety, compliance, and green goals, coordinating with managing agents, consultants and internal teams.

The role involves planning CMP/A&A projects, monitoring contracts, reviewing drawings and tender documents, maintaining records for audits, and delivering timely status reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in Facilities/Estate Management and/or Building maintenance with a good track record.
• Seven+ years of experience preferred, with at least two years in a managerial capacity.
• Professional certifications in building or facilities management are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PA property infra, ensure safe, fit-for-purpose and green compliant facilities.
• Manage Managing Agent, consultants to meet schedule, budget, quality objectives.
• Lead CMP, A&A and minor projects from planning to completion including defect liability.
• Monitor contracts, procure services on time and submit status reports to management.
• Review plans, drawings, and tender docs for compliance with CCMC/RC/CC requirements.
• Maintain archives of data, financials and approvals for audits and future development.
