Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Fire/Lift/Esc) to lead a Facilities Management and Engineering team. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for fire protection, lifts and escalators, coordinating with vendors to minimise downtime and ensure guest safety and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the maintenance and operation of building infrastructures and services.
• Assist in managing operation and monitoring systems' performance for 24/7 operations.
• Ensure incidents, defects or faults are attended promptly on discovery or notification.
• Ensure prompt response and follow-up on work requests or feedback.
• Ensure timely project executions and repairs to avoid disruption.
• Ensure compliance with authorities, security and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing internal and external engagements.
• Assist in planning, management and execution of all FME projects.
• Provide inputs to CAPEX and OPEX budget planning to meet operational needs.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX spending within the approved budget.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with work processes.
• Assist Team Lead in driving efficiency through SOP reviews and system updates.
• Assist in reviewing operation-related risks and mitigation controls.
• Assist in scoping technical requirements for maintenance contracts/tenders.
• Ensure outsourced contract works are verified before payment processing.
• Manage and execute predictive maintenance and tech refresh of assets
