Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities management, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related building systems, plus experience with dormitory operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Facilities Management or related field.
• Location: CHANGI.
• Minimum 3–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience with dormitory operations and property management is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of office, warehouse, and worker dormitory.
• Manage dormitory operations: room allocation, occupancy, bedspace, housekeeping.
• Liaise with authorities on dormitory compliance and licensing.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with contractors and vendors.
• Handle residents’ feedback and maintenance requests.
• Monitor facility inventory and procurement of consumables.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, hygiene standards.
