CBRE Asia Pacific invites applications for a Facilities Coordinator (Events) to assist in coordinating and executing small to medium meetings, conferences, and events. You will be the primary contact for Workplace Experience and ensure world-class service for clients and visitors.
You will also support Facilities Management with tasks across landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed consistently.
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator (Events), you will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events, serving as a primary point of contact for the Workplace Experience function and providing world-class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.
In addition to these primary responsibilities, this role carries secondary Facilities Coordinator duties, supporting the Facilities Management function by working with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed and that property procedures, policies, and reporting formats are properly implemented.
