Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities/Building Executive in Buona Vista. The role is permanent with standard Mon-Fri hours (8.30am–6pm). Salary package is up to SGD 5,000 per month plus a SGD 80 phone allowance and potential bonuses.

The successful candidate will perform building inspections, oversee operations, manage facilities, coordinate contractors, and support budget and procurement activities while liaising with tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors, service providers, and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of the building, common areas and fire protection facilities to ensure maintenance and functionality, and follow up on rectification works.
• Oversee day-to-day building operations, including security, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, lifts, parking facilities, building defects, and fire & life safety systems.
• Manage the booking, usage, and upkeep of facilities and common amenities in the building.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors to ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule and to service standards.
• Coordinate with M&E teams for inspections, testing, and commissioning during tenant fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities and support emergency response initiatives, including fire drills.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and external parties to facilitate upgrading projects.
• Support contract administration activities, including procurement, contractor performance monitoring, documentation, and record management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by responding to enquiries and providing after-hours emergency support.
