Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Executive for its Facilities Management Centre to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate fault responses, and monitor contractor performance. The role requires site inspections, data-driven reports, and support for regulatory compliance at a major facility.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in facilities management, with MSD accreditation preferred or security-systems experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years relevant facilities management experience.
• MSD System Integrator accreditation preferred or experience supporting security systems within protected facilities.
• Experience managing Contractor management, Incident reporting, Root cause analysis, Work proposal preparation, Asset inventory management and use of CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Coordinate fault response and service recovery activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
• Prepare maintenance reports and operational updates.
• Support emergency response and incident investigations.
• Develop scope and technical inputs for work proposals.
• Manage maintenance records, inventories and asset data.
• Support statutory inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in mobilisation and transition activities.
