Job summary

Micron Singapore seeks a Fab Support Engineer to sustain critical fab systems, including vacuum pumps, scrubbers, chillers, and heat exchangers, ensuring stable manufacturing operations. You will lead technicians for shift coverage and drive improvements across tool setup and safety interlocks.

You will oversee process capability upgrades, manage budgets, and guide RMS/SCADA projects, evaluating new equipment and performing abnormal analysis to boost reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and maintain Fab Support Tools (vacuum pumps, scrubbers, chillers).
• Lead a team of technicians for compressed shift coverage on manufacturing lines.
• Establish and improve process conditions and safety interlocks on tools.
• Upgrade process capability and control daily operation spend.
• Manage process projects using RMS/SCADA and dashboards.
• Evaluate and integrate new equipment/materials; perform abnormal analysis.
• Introduce AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through AI-enabled enhancements.
