Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sustaining and maintaining fab support tools (vacuum pump, scrubbers, chillers).
• Lead a team of technicians for compressed shift coverage on manufacturing lines.
• Establish and improve process conditions and safety interlocks on tools.
• Upgrade process capability and manage daily operation costs and budgets.
• Understand and manage RMS/SCADA-based control and monitoring dashboards.
• Plan and evaluate new equipment/material introductions and OEM support.
• Perform abnormal analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Incorporate AI-enabled insights to boost efficiency and quality.
