Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate with the manufacturing team to meet Fab delivery requirements. The role involves setting daily to monthly KPI targets to ensure delivery and cycle time goals are achieved, and driving line performance metrics such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear prioritisation.

Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
1–4 years in Manufacturing Modules and Production Control (semiconductor).
Sound understanding of line move, cycle time and delivery metrics.
Proven track record of meeting Fab delivery KPIs such as output, cycle time, OTD, CLIP.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the team to meet Fab delivery requirements.
Set daily, weekly and monthly Line KPI targets to meet delivery and CT goals.
Drive Manufacturing to achieve KPIs like Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve line issues.
Identify capability gaps and improvements vs planned capacity; manage Wafer Start to maintain line linearity.
