Job summary

Vanguard in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing/Production Control engineer to coordinate with the Fab team to meet delivery targets and KPI such as Move, Cycle Time, and OTD. You will drive line performance with clear priorities and work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues.

You have a Bachelor in Engineering and 1–4 years in semiconductor manufacturing, with strong data analytics, MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline.
• 1–4 years’ experience in Manufacturing Modules and Production Control (Semiconductor).
• Good factory knowledge of line move, cycle time and customer delivery.
• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI (output, cycle time, OTD, CLIP).
• Strong teamwork, communication and data analytics.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team to meet Fab delivery requirements.
• Set KPI targets on daily, weekly and monthly timeframes to meet deliveries.
• Drive Manufacturing team to achieve KPIs such as Move, Cycle Time, Wafer Out, CLIP with priorities.

• Drive Manufacturing team to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priority and directions
• Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues
• Capability identified gaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement, Wafer Start management to achieve and maintain Line linearity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 1 to 4 years’ experience in both Manufacturing Modules and Production Control (Semiconductor industry)
• Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI (output, cycletime, OTD, CLIP management etc)
• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
• Strong team player
• Good communication skill and good data analytic skill
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software
