Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) in Singapore seeks a team-oriented professional to coordinate with the Fab team and meet delivery requirements. You will set daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets for line performance and drive the manufacturing team to achieve KPIs including Move, C/T, Wafer Out, and CLIP with clear priorities.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, ~4 years in semiconductor manufacturing modules and production control, and strong data analytics plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing Modules and Production Control (Semiconductor).
• Good factory knowledge on line move, cycle time and customer delivery.
• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI (output, cycle time, OTD, CLIP).
• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful.
• Strong team player with good communication and data analytic skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
