Job summary

You will contribute to cost reductions through container improvements, promote 5S and safety practices, and demonstrate data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor fab manufacturing.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Data-driven, independent contributor with self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to technicians in daily operational functions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to attain Fab automation milestones.
• Streamlines wafer management to support daily Fab operations.
• Collaborates with Production Control & Planning for wafer-start administration.
• Manages development and upkeep of manufacturing peripherals for quality and hardware.
• Spearheads improvement projects for wafer containers as part of cost reduction.
• Cultivates Workplace Safety and 5S mindset in the Fab.
