Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a motivated Junior F5 Pre-Sales Engineer in Singapore to support sales and engineering teams with F5 application delivery and security solutions. The role is entry-level, offering mentorship from senior engineers as you gain hands-on expertise in F5 technologies.

You will collaborate with Sales, the F5 vendor team, and partners to assess customer needs, design appropriate F5 solutions, and assist through the full sales cycle from qualification to technical closure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT networking, cybersecurity, application delivery, systems integration, or technical pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, VLANs, routing, NAT, and network security.
• F5 BIG-IP technologies familiarity strongly preferred, including BIG-IP LTM; WAF knowledge and API security are a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to present technically.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for F5 solutions to channel partners and end customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, F5 vendor team, and partners to identify requirements and develop F5 solutions.
• Design POCs, perform product demos, and conduct workshops.
• Prepare technical proposals, diagrams, and BOMs for F5 deployments.
• Maintain an in-house lab for testing, demos, and validation of new features.
