Job summary

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking an energetic F&B service professional to deliver prompt and professional service to hotel and dining guests. You will coordinate opening/closing duties, assist in planning daily operations in the absence of the Manager, and supervise junior staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, taking and delivering orders, upselling F&B offers, and upholding HACCP hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service environments preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening/closing duties and ensure settings meet standards.
• Plan daily outlet operations in the absence of the Manager.
• Supervise junior staff and casual labor as needed to meet standards.
• Manage reservations and ensure confirmations via phone or email.
• Take and deliver F&B orders according to guest preferences.
• Upsell F&B offers and cross-sell when outlets are full.
• Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards across the outlet.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper supplies for smooth operation.
