Four Seasons Food Central Pte. Ltd. seeks a capable F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and safety standards are met. You will coordinate kitchen and service staff, monitor performance, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

The role requires strong communication, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Experience in F&B operations or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Assign duties and work schedules to kitchen and service staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
• Ensure food is prepared, handled, and served according to company standards.
• Check food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and freshness.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers or purchasing team for replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food, ingredients, and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure kitchen, dining, storage, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales and daily operations and report issues to management.
• Ensure cash handling and outlet procedures are properly followed where applicable.
• Train and guide new and existing staff on work procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Assist during busy periods when necessary.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are used properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
