Job summary

BEACH ROAD HOTEL (1886) LTD. is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Executive to lead a talented team in our Raffles Courtyard-style restaurant and lounge, delivering warm, attentive service to guests from around the world.

You will supervise daily operations, drive upselling, maintain grooming standards, mentor staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness and consistency with hotel SOPs and Accor-inspired guest-centric values.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and supervise service standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant/ bar operations and stations.
• Upsell menu items and manage guest satisfaction at the table.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring grooming and professionalism.
