Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Captain to lead daily service operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

The role requires supervising a small service team, guiding attendants, and coordinating with kitchen and other departments to maintain smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have F&B or hospitality experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, while staying proactive under pressure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Experience leading or guiding a small service team is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the service team.
• Guide and support Service Attendants to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with staff training and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
