Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Food & Beverage Service professional for 1887 by André. Deliver friendly, personalised service, master menu knowledge, and upsell to enhance guest experience in a historic setting.

You will follow SOPs, maintain spotless stations, greet guests by name where possible, and contribute to outlet targets while upholding Accor values of Guest Passion and Service Excellence.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• English communication skills (spoken/written).
• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service following SOPs.
• Greet guests, upsell, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and beverage options.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and well-organised.
• Input orders accurately and ensure correct billing and seating.
