The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Supervisor for Spanish cuisine in Singapore.

The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, with duties including accurate order transmission, cash handling, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Work is 5.5 days or 5 days per roster, totaling 44 hours weekly, located at Guoco Tower / PLQ 1, Paya

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Know the menu, specials and ingredients to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Clear and reset tables, keep dining area tidy and organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

5.5 days, or 5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week

Salary: $3,000 - $3,300 + OT (Supervisor)

Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar

Job scope:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With at least 2 years of relevant experience.
