Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Captain for Spanish cuisine in Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help ensure a memorable dining experience at Guoco Tower / PLQ locations.

You will accurately relay orders to the kitchen, understand the menu, and assist with payments while maintaining a clean, organized dining area. The role involves shift patterns of about 44 hours per week and flexible rosters.

Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

5.5 days, or 5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week

Salary: $2,500 - $2,900 + OT (Captain)

Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar
