Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Service Supervisor for Spanish cuisine in Singapore. The role oversees service staff and ensures a memorable dining experience at Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar.

You will communicate orders to the kitchen, handle cash/card payments, clear tables, and maintain a tidy dining area. Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Understand the menu and provide recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Clear and reset tables; keep dining area tidy and organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Service Supervisor (Spanish cuisine) x3

5.5 days, or 5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week

Salary: $3,000 - $3,300 + OT (Supervisor)

Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar

Job scope:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
