Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Service Crew for Cantonese cuisine at 111 Somerset, Singapore 238164.

Working hours are 11am–10pm, 5.5 days per week with a 2:30pm–5:30pm break. Salary range is SGD 2,500–2,800 per month, with standard duties in a busy dining environment. You greet customers, take orders, serve, handle cashiering, upsell items, maintain hygiene, assist with basic food prep, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Food Safety & Hygiene certification by SFA is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
• Replenish and stock supplies as needed
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
