Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring Service Captain (Spanish Cuisine) for Singapore. This role has 3 openings and works 5.5 days (or 5 days per roster) at 44 hours per week.

Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar. Salary SGD 2,500 - 3,200 plus OT. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, relay orders to the kitchen, handle payments, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Job scope:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
