Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Service Supervisor (Spanish cuisine) in Singapore.

The role involves greeting guests, taking and relaying orders, serving beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. You will communicate orders to the kitchen, advise guests on the menu, and handle cash/card transactions with accuracy. The position offers 5/5.5 days, 44 hours per week, with compensation of 3,000–3,300 SGD plus OT, AWS, incentives and a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
