Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Captain/Supervisor role at Guoco Tower / Tanjong Pagar area in Singapore. You will greet customers, take orders, serve beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.

You will communicate orders to the kitchen, know the menu, handle cash/card transactions, clear tables, and assist with ad-hoc duties. Roster may require 5.5 days or 5 days; 44 hours per week. Salary ranges from 2,500 SGD to 3,300 SGD plus OT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Know the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Clear dirty dishes, clean and reset tables, maintain tidy dining area.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
