Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a F&B Service Captain (Spanish Cuisine) to warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience at Tanjong Pagar / Paya Lebar. You will relay orders to the kitchen, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a spotless, organized dining area.

Requirements include 1–2 years of relevant experience. Salary is SGD 2,500–3,300 plus OT, with 44 hours per week across 5 days (or 5.5 days depending on roster).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
