Job summary

HE XI ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Purchaser to manage daily purchasing and sourcing of supplies for operations at Far East Square. You will liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, maintain records, and handle urgent offline purchases as needed.

The role requires 1-2 years in purchasing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while travelling for urgent purchases. This is a 5-day workweek in Singapore's commercial district.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with suppliers and HQ.
• Good communication and supplier coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle urgent purchasing requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing and sourcing of supplies, ingredients and other operational items.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing (No need negotiate).
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing requirements.
• Maintain proper purchasing records and monitor stock requirements.
• Assist with urgent or last-minute offline purchasing when required.
