Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking a hands-on F&B Promotions professional to lead promotional campaigns across all F&B outlets and room service. You will develop competitive promotions, coordinate partnerships, and oversee from concept through execution and post-event review.

You will collaborate with Marketing Communications, Executive Chefs, and outlet managers to deliver revenue growth, guest engagement, and brand elevation through seasonal campaigns, events and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and promotional documents throughout the sales process.
• Develop competitive F&B promotions and information packages.
• Support revenue-generating initiatives through promotional activities while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Assist in planning and executing revenue-driving promotional programmes across F&B outlets and room service.
• Coordinate social media initiatives and promotional campaigns with Marketing Communications.
• Maintain hotel systems data for promotions and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for private F&B events and brand collaborations.
• Source and develop partnerships to enhance restaurant positioning and drive incremental revenue.
• Own F&B promotional campaigns from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Analyze performance using hotel systems to identify opportunities and optimize promotions.
• Plan and execute festive and seasonal promotions with timelines and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Directors to manage the annual F&B promotional calendar.
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing to coordinate publicity and campaigns.
• Coordinate site inspections, tastings, launches and hosted events.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for promotions.
