The position leads a team of designers, photographers, and support staff to maintain a strong brand image, oversee content creation, and measure campaign ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage marketing within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for all F&B outlets within Resorts World Sentosa.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance the brand image of F&B outlets.
• Develop content for menus, brochures, and online platforms.
• Plan and oversee campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing, restaurant managers, and partnerships to align efforts.
• Drive customer engagement and grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Maintain partnerships with media and agencies; monitor ROI and performance.
