Job summary

You will manage inventory, pricing, and promotional initiatives while ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. The role requires a Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management, at least 3 years in hotel or restaurant/bar settings, and strong analytical and communication skills in English plus an additional language.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience in hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar.
• Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with strong analytic and communication skills.
• Oral and written fluency in English and an additional language.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates special events and liaises with HQ to provide input on marketing initiatives, including social media and other publicity activities for all F&B outlets.
• Coordinates with Culinary, Catering Sales, and other F&B Service Teams to ensure collaboration and efficiency across all outlets.
• Selects and purchases liquor, beverages, and other supplies in consultation with HODs.
• Reviews and recommends menu pricing based on market trends and profitability.
• Maintains inventory control and ensures bars are stocked, organized, and compliant with hotel standards.
