Job summary

Protegie Group in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Public Relations (PR) Executive to elevate our F&B clients through strategic PR and branding initiatives. You'll assist the Marketing Manager with PR strategy, craft engaging press releases, coordinate with media, influencers, and KOLs, and manage communications with restaurants and partners.

You will monitor coverage, compile reports, and help refine campaigns for better reach.

Qualifications

Education in Business, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent.
Strong grasp of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and feedback.
Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
Creativity with a sense for design and branding.

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Manager in PR strategies and planning.
Draft press releases and Invitations that engage target audiences.
Collaborate with media, digital agencies, content creators, influencers and KOLs.
Schedule and monitor media tasting sessions and update stakeholders.
Monitor publications and social channels; analyze performance and report insights.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, editors, suppliers for PR materials.
Uncover trends and market insights to benefit clients.
Contribute ideas to PR, marketing and branding strategies.
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
