Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related discipline (as listed).
• Experience in institutional or corporate catering.
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B products and services.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and kitchen teams to support business growth.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to improve business performance.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and brand standards.
