Job summary

Protegie Group in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Public Relations (PR) Executive to elevate our F&B clients through strategic PR and branding initiatives. You'll assist the Marketing Manager with PR strategy, craft engaging press releases, coordinate with media, influencers, and KOLs, and manage communications with restaurants and partners.

You will monitor coverage, compile reports, and help refine campaigns for better reach.

Qualifications

• Education in Business, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of social media platforms and trends.

• Schedule and monitor media tasting sessions and update stakeholders.
• Monitor publications and social channels; analyze performance and report insights.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, editors, suppliers for PR materials.
• Uncover trends and market insights to benefit clients.
• Contribute ideas to PR, marketing and branding strategies.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.

Now, let's talk shop. Here's what you'll be doing as our PR Maestro:

• Assisting our Marketing Manager in PR strategies & planning .
• Weaving words and creating captivating press releases or invitations that will leave mouths watering and fingers clicking.
• Collaborating with media, digital publication agencies, content creators, influencers, foodie community members, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs), injecting "stamps of approval" to our marketing masterpieces and expanding audience bases.
• Scheduling and monitoring media tasting sessions. Updating guests and restaurants of any changes or important details like dietary preferences.
• Monitoring all internal and external online publications, social media posts, advertisings, reviews and comments. Analyze performances and metrics, generate reports, present solutions and recommendations to respective stakeholders, and manage all feedbacks and comments.
• Constantly liaising with various stakeholders to keep the show running smoothly and updating them on the progress.
• Coordinating with external graphic designer, photographer, videographer, editor, suppliers and vendors for PR campaign materials and services.
• Uncovering trends, market insights and competitor secrets to give our clients the edge they crave.
• Contributing your brilliant ideas to the development of PR, marketing and branding strategies.
• Tackling some basic administrative tasks because, hey, even superheroes have to do it sometimes!
