Job summary

JR F & B Concepts in Singapore seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, work with the Executive Director and department heads to push service, menu items, promotions, and to meet productivity and profitability KPIs.

You will plan weekly staff rosters, rotate and schedule all staff for full coverage to maximize productivity, and manage revenue and expenses to optimize costs. Maintain high customer satisfaction and coordinate with Kitchen Head Chef for quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B/outlet management.
• Proven ability to plan rosters and optimize staff coverage.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with kitchen and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations.
• Plan weekly staff rosters and ensure full coverage.
• Manage revenue and expenses to meet budget.
• Lead service standards between front-of-house and kitchen.
• Drive promotions and improve menu items and customer experience.
