Job summary

yum sing pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Singapore outlet.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role requires 5+ years in F&B operations with at least 4 years in management, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant F&B operations experience
• At least 4 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Leadership and coaching capabilities
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall outlet operations to achieve business objectives, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive sales performance and cost control while ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, train, and lead outlet employees to build a competent, engaged, and high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational assets with strong governance controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives and operational excellence.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
