Job summary

The Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring courteous, efficient service and adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Chef and beverage team on promotions, and maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across service areas.

Responsibilities include staff briefings, handling reservations and complaints, and ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

Proficient and familiar with Forbes Travel Guide service standards.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and guests.
Strong planning and organisational abilities to run a streamlined operation.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager to run the operation and provide courteous service to guests.
Supervise staff and ensure that all Food & Beverage service phases meet standards.
Ensure drinks and dishes meet menu and wine list specifications and are served at the correct temperatures.
Check daily restaurant prep, mise-en-place, cleanliness, and crockery availability.
Hold daily staff briefings, review occupancy forecasts, reservations, and handle issues as needed.
Coordinate with Chef and beverage department for promotions and upselling.
