Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore seeks an experienced F&B professional to lead daily outlet operations and deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards. You will supervise service areas, ensure flawless meal periods, and uphold brand SOPs while promoting guest satisfaction through proactive engagement.

With 2–4 years in F&B service, prior luxury/hospitality exposure is preferred to drive service excellence and staff grooming and etiquette across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage service operations.
• Previous experience in a luxury or 5-Star hotel environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Support the Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager in executing daily outlet operations in line with Forbes 5-Star standards; supervise service areas and ensure correct setup, readiness, and execution during all meal periods; ensure SOPs, service sequences, and brand standards are followed; monitor service flow and escalate issues when required; ensure accurate execution of outlet promotions and guest requests.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Lead by example in anticipatory, personalized, and gracious service; proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns; collect guest feedback and communicate insights to management for service improvement; ensure staff demonstrate proper service etiquette, grooming, and communication standards at all times.
