Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant/Operations Assistant to support the General Manager and multiple outlets. You will coordinate calendars, vendors and visits, drive SOPs and business improvements, monitor daily operations, handle customer inquiries, and assist with reports and research.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Engineering or a related field, plus strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Projects, SOPs & Business Improvement: support new projects and process improvements.
• Business Operations & Problem-Solving: monitor daily operations across outlets and online delivery.
• Administration, Customer & Stakeholder Support: handle inquiries and coordinate with outlets and external parties.
• Reporting, Research & Business Support: prepare reports and conduct market research.
