Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is seeking a capable support professional to provide PA and operations coordination across the company’s outlets and HQ in Singapore. You will help manage the General Manager’s calendar, handle daily admin, assist with reports and project follow-up, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations or relevant discipline.
• Good logical/analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn and take ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage General Manager's calendar, meetings and outlet visits.
• Coordinate schedules with internal and external parties and prepare simple minutes.
• Follow up on operational matters and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support admin tasks across outlets.
• Prepare operational and business reports for management review.
• Coordinate with outlet teams, Central Kitchen, suppliers and external parties.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and SOP development.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support at other Tian Tian outlets when needed.
