Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, a well-known Singaporean brand, is expanding its corporate operations. This hands-on role supports the General Manager with administration, project coordination and selected PA duties in a dynamic F&B SME.

You will engage across outlets, central kitchen, suppliers and internal teams to keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and capable of following up on tasks, identifying root causes and implementing practical

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced SME environment where processes are still being developed and improved.
• Good logical and analytical thinking; ability to understand situations before acting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager and PA duties, including calendar management, minutes, documents and reports.
• Assist with day-to-day business operations, administration and project follow-up.
• Identify problems, coordinate with stakeholders and drive timely solutions.
• Monitor customer and administrative inquiries, coordinate with outlets and teams.
• Assist in preparing operational and business reports for management review.
• Coordinate meetings and information flow between internal teams and external parties.
