Job summary

Poon Resources is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations in Singapore. You will handle hiring, HR at the store level, scheduling, and ensure SOP-driven workflows while driving efficiency across outlets.

Responsibilities include inventory management, sales accountability, banking, staff training, and resolving customer feedback to build loyalty. Weekend and public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F&B industry.
• At least a diploma as a minimum qualification.
• Drive and passion for F&B with a teamwork mindset.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Must be willing to work at peak periods and assist outlets.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet business matters on a daily basis.
• Maintain store operations including hiring and HR management.
• Inventory stock taking and ordering.
• Accountable for outlets sales and banking.
• Schedule staff working hours and monitor productivity.
• Ensure SOP-driven operations and identify bottlenecks.
• Plan staff training development and monitor performance.
• Drive projects to improve efficiency and operations.
• Resolve customer feedback and foster loyalty.
