RASA KAMPUNG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee a Coffeeshop or Food Court, directing operations, staffing, and manpower planning in Singapore.

You will lead sales performance, ensure food safety and quality, handle inventory and supplier coordination, and guide a team to deliver consistent customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to thrive in a dynamic F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for F&B industry and operations.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays; 6-day workweek.
• Adaptive to fast-paced environment and willing to embrace change.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Strong communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the designated Coffeeshop or Food Court and its operational and manpower planning.
• Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets.
• Responsible for ordering of goods and supplies, receiving and checking on inventory of goods and supplies.
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA’s policy.
• Investigate issues relating to customer complaints (Service and Product Quality).
• Attend to customers’ needs, complaints and enquiries.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff.
• Perform related duties/tasks as required.
