Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Managerial-level leader to oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets in Singapore.

You will develop strategies to improve performance, profitability and guest satisfaction, and lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting. You will manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence while ensuring compliance with food safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality, including ≥3 years in a GM or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Sound commercial knowledge, with budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B market and customer trends.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
• Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.
