Job summary

You will lead a diverse team of service staff and kitchen personnel, develop SOPs, manage budgeting, inventory, and relationships with suppliers, and plan rosters to balance productivity with costs while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Experience managing F&B operations in a restaurant or similar venue.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
