WU FU (CHOA CHU KANG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive F&B Executive to oversee daily operations of our food courts, coffee shops, and F&B outlets in Singapore, ensuring service standards and efficiency.

You will supervise staff, coordinate across outlets, monitor performance, and liaise with vendors and authorities while upholding food safety and company policies. Travel between outlets may be required. This role demands strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to manage

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Candidates with relevant F&B supervisory or management experience will have an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across assigned F&B outlets.
• Monitor outlet performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise, guide, and support outlet supervisors and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
• Liaise with stall tenants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Assist management in implementing operational procedures and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support new outlet openings, operational improvements, and other assigned projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
