Job summary

WU FU (TWCK) PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court and coffee shop outlets, ensuring smooth service, quality hygiene, and staff supervision.

You will manage staff schedules, monitor inventory, handle customer enquiries, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role requires 1–2 years in F&B, good leadership, communication, and the ability to work weekends and rotating shifts. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of F&B experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to shift work, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food court and coffee shop operations.
• Supervise and coordinate staff duties, schedules, and attendance.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Train and guide staff to improve work performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations and company policies.
• Assist in managing daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and management on operational matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
