Tenya Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in running the restaurant efficiently and profitably, ensuring targets are met.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain hygiene standards, manage scheduling, monitor service quality, and coordinate with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in F&B, hold a Food Hygiene Certificate, and be proficient in English and Mandarin; Singaporean citizens only.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience in F&B, specifically Japanese cooked food and customer service.
• Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• English and Mandarin language proficiency required to handle orders and feedback.
• Singaporean citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with kitchen and service operation duties.
• Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring smooth customer service.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Monitor quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with work schedules.
• Check stock levels and order supplies.
• Foster teamwork and fair performance management.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Store Manager or Management.
