Job summary

BE OUR GUEST PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the service team. You will ensure smooth service flow, monitor food quality, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the kitchen, manage inventories, and contribute to cost control and promotional efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Guide and motivate service team to maintain productivity and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly handle feedback.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Train new employees on SOPs and company policies.
• Coach staff to improve service quality and performance.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and counts.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure stock levels.
• Monitor sales and implement initiatives to hit targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Control operating costs including labor and food costs.
• Ensure equipment is well maintained and report repairs.
• Assist Outlet Manager with promotions, audits, and improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
